Applicants must be knowledgeable in the use of riding and push-type lawn mowers; edge trimmers; and lawn sprinkler maintenance and controls. Job includes cleaning the grounds; flower gardening; weed control; and landscape bark replacement as well as general maintenance labor. Other position requirements include being able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and possessing a valid Washington State driver's license. Normal work schedule will consist of a 40-hour week. Position requires at least two (2) years experience in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, front-loaders, graders and farm-type machinery. Must be able to perform general labor on the airfield and have building maintenance experience. Valid Washington State Driver's License required with an excellent driving record. Also must possess a current CDL license, Class "B" or higher. Weekend and shift work will be required. Starting salary is $16.03/hr with an excellent benefit package.
